GN Solids Control has supplied two sets of GNFG1440 High Frequency Fine Screens to an overseas mining company for fine material screening and dewatering applications. The equipment is designed for wet screening, classification, and dewatering of fine-grained materials in mineral processing, coal preparation, and other industrial applications.

The GNFG1440 High Frequency Fine Screen adopts a two-degree-of-freedom resonance principle and a dual vibration motor drive system to generate stable linear vibration. Its multi-deck screen box design provides a large screening area, high processing capacity, and efficient separation while maintaining low energy consumption and reduced dynamic loads. The screen box angle can be mechanically adjusted to accommodate different operating conditions.
Equipped with imported vibration motors and internationally recognized electrical components, the screen offers reliable performance and stable operation under high vibration intensity. The screen box undergoes overall heat treatment to enhance durability, while its sandblasted surface and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating provide additional protection in demanding mining environments.

The GNFG1440 uses polyurethane screen mesh, featuring high elasticity, excellent wear resistance, and an open area of approximately 28–45%. Its flexible structure helps reduce screen blinding, absorb impact, and minimize operating noise. Compared with conventional wire mesh, polyurethane panels can offer a significantly longer service life, reducing maintenance requirements and operating costs.
GN Solids Control continues to provide customized screening and dewatering solutions for mining customers worldwide, supporting efficient solids processing and reliable plant operation.
