From September 22 to 24, 2026, GN Solids Control attended a major drilling exhibition in Australia, an annual event bringing together equipment and solution providers with professionals and users from the mineral exploration and geotechnical drilling industries across Australia and New Zealand.
At the exhibition, GN Solids Control presented its Diamond Core Drilling Mud Recycling System, designed specifically for mineral exploration and geological drilling applications. The system integrates mud cleaning, solids control and circulation recovery into one compact skid, providing a complete mud treatment solution for field drilling operations.
The system features a fully hydraulic-driven design, providing smooth operation, precise control and reliable performance under complex drilling conditions. Its key separation equipment is a decanter centrifuge with a 220 mm bowl diameter and maximum speed of 4,500 rpm, generating high centrifugal force to efficiently separate ultra-fine solids from drilling mud and achieve effective mud cleaning and recovery.Powered by a Cummins diesel engine, the system provides reliable power for demanding field applications.
