GN SOLIDS CONTROL is pleased to announce the successful delivery of four mud cleaning systems to a European horizontal directional drilling (HDD) contractor. This project once again demonstrates the strong reputation of GN SOLIDS CONTROL in providing reliable solids control solutions for non-excavation applications.
The package includes three sets of GNMS-200C, each with a treatment capacity of 200 GPM, and one set of GNMS-1500, designed for a larger capacity of 1500 GPM. All systems were engineered and manufactured by GN SOLIDS CONTROL to meet the client’s requirements for efficient slurry recycling and stable performance under continuous operation.
The GNMS-200C units from GN SOLIDS CONTROL are compact and skid-mounted, making them ideal for medium-scale HDD projects where mobility and fast installation are essential. These systems effectively remove drilled solids, reduce mud consumption, and improve overall drilling efficiency.
For larger pipeline crossing and infrastructure projects, the GNMS-1500 system from GN SOLIDS CONTROL provides high-capacity processing with robust vibration screening and desanding performance. The 1500 GPM capacity ensures continuous circulation and effective solids separation, even in demanding ground conditions.
GN SOLIDS CONTROL worked closely with the European client throughout the engineering and production stages to ensure compliance with site standards and operational expectations. The systems were fully assembled and tested prior to shipment to guarantee plug-and-play performance on site.
