Recently, GN Solids Control successfully delivered a batch of K-Series drilling fluid shale shakers to a long-term client in the Middle East. The equipment will be used in several onshore oil drilling projects to improve solids control efficiency and reduce drilling fluid loss.
The K-Series Shale Shaker is GN’s latest generation model, designed with high G-force linear motion and a user-friendly wedge-type screen locking system. It ensures fast screen replacement, stable performance, and excellent separation for both water-based and oil-based mud systems. The compact structure and optimized deck angle adjustment make it ideal for desert and high-temperature drilling environments commonly found in the region.
In this project, GN also supplied a Centrifuge Pump to feed the desilter unit and support the overall mud circulation system. The pump is designed for continuous duty under high-density slurry conditions, featuring mechanical seals and wear-resistant materials to extend service life in harsh field operations.
