GN Solids Control has successfully delivered 8 complete Jet Mud Mixing Hopper units to a European drilling customer, marking another milestone in our continuous cooperation with international partners in the drilling industry.
Each system is designed to provide efficient and reliable mud mixing performance for both onshore and offshore drilling applications. Every set includes a 90KW GNSB8×6 centrifugal pump, a jet mud mixing hopper, and a robust steel base for easy installation and maintenance.
The GNSB8×6 pump delivers strong circulation and pressure for rapid mixing of drilling fluids, while the venturi-type jet hopper ensures uniform blending of bentonite and polymers into the mud system. Together, these components help maintain consistent mud properties and improve drilling efficiency.
All equipment was fully assembled, tested, and inspected before shipment to ensure plug-and-play operation upon arrival. The customer selected GN’s solution for its compact footprint, high performance, and proven reliability under demanding field conditions.
