GN Separation has recently completed the assembly and packing of eight sets of stack vibrating screens, now ready for dispatch to a domestic mining client. These units, manufactured by GN’s mining division, include both high-frequency fine vibrating screens and fine sizer stack vibrating screens — designed for high-throughput, precision classification in solid-liquid separation processes.
The equipment is intended for use in mineral processing applications where fine particle separation is critical. The GN High Frequency Fine Vibrating Screen uses multi-deck design and high-frequency linear vibration to increase screening efficiency while minimising screen blinding. Its modular polyurethane screen panels offer longer wear life and can be quickly replaced for minimal downtime.
The GN Fine Sizer Stack Vibrating Screen builds on this performance by using multiple screen decks stacked vertically within a compact footprint. This configuration enables high-capacity throughput without requiring additional floor space — a key advantage for operators looking to increase processing volume within existing plant layouts.
For customers involved in drilling mud treatment or tailings management, these stack vibrating screens provide critical value. By separating out fine solids from drilling fluids more efficiently, they reduce the load on downstream equipment such as decanter centrifuges and extend the life of consumables. Additionally, the modular design supports routine maintenance without full system shutdowns.
Inventory photos taken prior to shipment show the equipment pre-assembled and safely packed, ready for integration into the customer’s production line.
This shipment reflects GN’s continuing focus on practical engineering and scalable solutions tailored to specific industrial separation challenges.
