This system includes a pre-mixing tank, Shale Shaker separation module, three-phase decanter centrifuge separation module, and containerized dosing module, providing the client with an integrated solution. The system delivered this time adopts an advanced three-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge solution with a processing capacity of up to 5 cubic meters per hour, providing the client with efficient processing capabilities.
The GN oil sludge treatment system separates oil, water, and solids by adding special oil sludge treatment chemicals and performing thermal washing on the oil sludge, achieving the dual goals of oil-water-solid separation and resource recovery. The solid phase after treatment contains oil at a concentration of approximately 1%-3%, and the quality of water after treatment is within the range of 50-100PPM, meeting the client's treatment requirements.
